1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "sportybet," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the sportybet platform accessible at sportybet.asia.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the sportybet Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are strictly enforced:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a firm legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. sportybet reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify age.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of sportybet or any of its affiliated companies.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

sportybet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility requirements are found to have been misrepresented. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player may be forfeited in full.

3. Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) sportybet account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify sportybet promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. sportybet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact sportybet support immediately.

sportybet may require identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at registration, before processing withdrawals, or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys national ID, driver's license) and proof of address.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the sportybet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). sportybet supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at sportybet's discretion.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account in real time. sportybet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. sportybet aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

sportybet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Players are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to their winnings under Philippine law. sportybet does not provide tax advice and recommends consulting a qualified tax professional where necessary.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

sportybet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real money. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, arbitrage, or other systematic methods constitutes bonus abuse and may result in account suspension.
• sportybet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus wagering that meet the applicable requirements may be withdrawn.
• Players who have opted into responsible gaming deposit limits or self-exclusion tools may be excluded from certain promotional offers at sportybet's discretion.

6. Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the sportybet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are accessible within each game or market interface. The following general rules apply across all betting activity on sportybet:

• All bets are final once confirmed. sportybet does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.

• For sports betting, sportybet follows industry-standard settlement rules for each sport. In the event of event postponement, abandonment, or other exceptional circumstances, settlement rules specific to that sport will apply.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sportybet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your sportybet account.

10. Limitation of Liability

sportybet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sportybet does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons without prior notice.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

sportybet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms
